The Indonesian Sports Arbitration Board (BAKI) is an independent institution vested with the authority to resolve disputes in the field of sports within the jurisdiction of the Republic of Indonesia. Established in 2024, BAKI out its functions in accordance with established procedural rules and regulations, with a view to rendering objective and impartial decisions through the mechanisms of arbitration and mediation. National sports governing bodies and athletes judicial delegate authority to BAKI to enforce and ensure the application of sports regulations in a fair, equitable, and just manner.
